About The Position

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive preowned sales leadership or a related managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of vehicle remarketing, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with automotive industry software and sales platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase preowned vehicle sales and profitability across all locations.
  • Manage inventory levels to meet market demand and ensure a competitive and diverse vehicle selection.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the preowned sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align marketing, finance, and service efforts with preowned operations.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all preowned transactions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, wholesale partners, and customers to enhance business opportunities.
  • Oversee acquisition and wholesale processes, including managing a team of buyers to optimize vehicle sourcing and profitability.
