About The Position

Responsible for making outbound calls to shareholders using a shareholder call list provided by Okapi Provide customer service to registered shareholders through inbound and outbound call lists. Educate shareholders on various corporate actions, board and shareholder proposals voting options. Track and monitor outstanding issues and provide clients with timely updates. Log information into Access Database Assist in the development of campaign themes to ensure the proper narrative is being communicated. Fast paced call center environment where you are expected to make 20-25 calls/hr The app only uses our 800 toll free number to call, so their personal cell phone lines would never show up on caller ID. SHIFT: The position would be in-office M-F (10am to 6pm) with Saturdays remote (10am to 4pm). MUST WORK SATURDAYS (OVT) For all Saturday remote shifts, it is 10:00am to 4:00pm ET. Equipment needed: Laptop/PC - No Chromebooks, or tablets.
