About The Position

Corporate Receivables Team Intern AAA has an exciting opportunity to join the Corporate Receivables Team for a 10-week internship. Interns should have a career aspiration and passion for technology, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. Interns will actively participate in program contributing to meaningful projects and work closely each week with the Corporate Receivables Team. About the Roadways College Internship Program: Over the summer program, interns receive tools and resources for their growth and development that will help them prepare for the current and future workforce, including: Understanding how to align business strategy with key objectives and initiatives Using behavioral and communication tools to enhance their personal image Demonstrating flexibility, agility, and the ability to respond effectively to change Cultivating relationships to increase collaboration and build trust

Requirements

• Must be a Senior enrolled in a college/university with emphasis in Business Administration/Accounting
• Business/Accounting classes or interest
• Strong analytical skills
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must commit to the entirety of the program, June 22nd through August 28th
• Must commit to working full time, 40 hours per week
• Must be willing to commute to the office daily

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly operational and strategic insight sessions with senior leaders
• Attend learning and development sessions to further enhance your leadership skills
• Create and develop presentations using Microsoft Office Tools but not limited to PowerPoint
• Network with executives and senior leaders across different business units
• Participate in team building and volunteer events
• Participate in job shadowing/hands-on activities
