About The Position
The McGuire Group, VestraCare, and Taconic Rehabilitation & Nursing are hiring a Corporate Recruiter to support high-volume, centralized hiring across multiple healthcare facilities. If you’re organized, responsive, and know how to keep candidates moving—this is your role.
Requirements
- Recruiting, staffing, or high-volume coordination experience
- Strong organization + ability to move fast without missing details
- Experience with ATS systems (or quick to learn)
- Clear communication and a sense of urgency
Responsibilities
- Manage daily applicant flow in ATS (Indeed, UKG Pro)
- Screen candidates & schedule interviews quickly
- Coordinate with facility hiring managers across multiple sites
- Keep candidates engaged with consistent follow-up
- Support onboarding steps and pre-employment tracking
- Assist with job fairs & community hiring events
