Mpower Solar is a New York-based energy supplier and solar installer specializing in 100% renewable energy. Since our founding in 2009, our mission has been to offer sustainable, affordable, and reliable renewable energy options to customers seeking to reduce their carbon footprint. We service residential customers across ten States and are growing! Mpower’s success has been largely due to our relentless efforts toward developing our in-house sales staff and having them fast-track through the ranks and into leadership roles. We are hiring a Corporate Sales Trainer to own and lead our centralized onboarding program at our NYC headquarters. The Corporate Sales Trainer will be responsible for ensuring that every new rep leaves training prepared, confident, and aligned with Mpower’s sales standards and culture. The ideal candidate will have a drive to develop salespeople, and has a strong understanding of fundamental sales process. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading training programs that equip sales reps with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in selling residential solar energy systems. This role focuses on improving the overall performance of the sales force through onboarding and developing specialized sales strategies, such as canvassing and objection handling.
