About The Position

Responsible for providing an exceptional first impression to guests and an enthusiastic welcome to our employees entering the Corporate Service Center.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or its equivalent required.
  • One (1) year minimum of customer service experience required.
  • Must be capable of functioning in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
  • Must possess strong organizational skills and be comfortable performing projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with various levels of personnel and visitors using diplomacy and tactfulness to include possessing conflict management, stress management and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to carry out assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency of the English language, sentence structure, proper grammar and spelling of words.
  • Ability to speak using proper grammar to effectively communicate and convey business principles to members.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite products, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to adapt to changing and progressive technology.

Nice To Haves

  • Clerical/administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome all visitors to the Corporate Service Center in a way that reflects the cultural beliefs of the Credit Union.
  • Maintain a high level of security to include verifying proper identification and documentation. Escort visitors as appropriate to maintain a secure environment.
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing mail processing and distribution. Follow privacy standards for certified mail.
  • Positively manage the overall lobby experience and front desk operation to include processing catering requests and deliveries.
  • Assist staff with coordinating the scheduling of meetings, receipt processing, etc.
  • Abide by state and federal banking regulations. Attend training sessions and complete compliance training on an annual basis. Follow credit union Member Privacy Policy and member identification procedures.
  • Assist Human Resources Department as needed on various HR administrative tasks.
  • Engage in behavior that aligns with the credit union’s cultural beliefs.
  • Gain and retain a high-level knowledge of all TFCU products, policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a professional businesslike appearance in accordance with TFCU’s dress code policy.
  • Adhere to TFCU’s attendance and punctuality policy.
