About the Role Are you someone who enjoys staying organized, helping people, and making sure the details are handled? We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant / Corporate Services Coordinator to join our HR team in Everett and help support day-to-day business operations. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone with some administrative experience who enjoys providing excellent customer service and keeping processes organized. Training on our systems will be provided. You will:

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Administrative or office support experience required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Customer service mindset with the ability to respond quickly and professionally
  • Comfortable learning new systems and workflow tools
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office or similar programs

Responsibilities

  • Support internal teams by managing purchasing requests
  • Provide prompt, helpful, support to employees submitting purchasing requests
  • Track purchase orders and assist with vendor communication
  • Maintain organized records for purchasing activity and vendor information
  • Help monitor office supply inventory and coordinate replenishment when needed
  • Assist with facilities coordination - submitting service requests or scheduling vendors
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR and corporate services team
