About The Position

We're seeking someone to join our team as Corporate Services (CS) Sustainability Director to contribute to our sustainability strategic and tactical work. Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, including experience preparing materials for leadership, facilitating discussions, and driving alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear strategic insights and recommendations
  • Demonstrated project and program management capabilities, with experience coordinating multi workstream initiatives and managing timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Familiarity with evolving climate regulations, standards, and voluntary frameworks, with experience supporting strategy development in a regulatory or disclosure driven environment
  • Comfort working with sustainability data and analytical tools (including advanced Excel), and the ability to partner effectively with data and technology specialists
  • At least 5 years of experience in sustainability, strategy, engineering, data science, consulting, or related roles, with demonstrated exposure to enterprise scale initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of CS sustainability strategy, including environmental resource use, and long term operational sustainability planning
  • Translate sustainability data, regulatory developments, and internal performance insights into strategic narratives, decision frameworks, and recommendations for leadership
  • Lead and support project management for sustainability initiatives, including defining scopes, coordinating deliverables, tracking progress, and escalating risks or dependencies
  • Facilitate team meetings, working sessions, and cross functional working groups, helping drive alignment, document decisions, and maintain momentum across stakeholders
  • Partner closely with sustainability data, reporting, and technology leads to ensure strategic priorities are informed by high quality data and operational realities
  • Drive sustainability engagement across the Corporate Services division and partner with the Global Sustainability Office on Firm sustainability engagement
  • Support preparation of materials for senior leadership, committees, and broader stakeholder forums, including strategy updates, roadmaps, and progress reporting
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Corporate Services and the Firm (e.g., Global Sustainability Office, Finance, Real Estate, Technology, Procurement), acting as the connector between strategy and execution
