Candidates will work in our Eastmont and Carriage Glen communities! This role starts on June 15th, 2026 and will run until either August 7th or 14th depending on Intern availability. Our ROAD Interns: Rotate through several teams and be responsible for various activities and assignments, such as Lifestyle/Activities, Dining Services, and Sales & Marketing. Develop relationships with mentors, team members and residents/clients. Learn about programs, processes, policies, products and applications to serve our residents/clients and our business. Complete and present a ROAD Internship project to Senior Leadership Team Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Elder Care Alliance and Transforming Age in all areas of responsibility, and demonstrate commitment to Culture of Excellence and strategic goals Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Current pursuit of undergraduate education preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint
  • Organized, self-motivated, professional demeanor.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented
  • Able to prioritize and balance concurrent/competing projects, tasks or assignments.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, dedicated to customer service and care for clients & residents.
  • Open to learning and receiving feedback.
  • Completion of a background screening.
  • Depending on location, additional screenings (such as physical, drug, TB test, and/or fingerprint) may be required.
