Job Title: Corporate Tax Associate – Hybrid | Dallas, TX
We are currently hiring a Corporate Tax Experienced Senior Associate for a leading public accounting firm based in Dallas, TX. This is a hybrid opportunity (3 days onsite) offering the chance to work on complex corporate tax engagements within a collaborative and high-performing team.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of corporate tax experience
• Strong experience with ASC 740 tax provision (preparation, review, and audit)
• Background in corporate tax compliance and consulting
• CPA preferred or CPA eligible
• Recent experience working with a Top 20 public accounting firm
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review ASC 740 tax provisions
• Support corporate tax compliance and consulting engagements
• Assist with tax planning and advisory for corporate clients
• Collaborate with audit and tax teams to ensure accurate reporting
• Support tax provision preparation, review, and audit processes
