About The Position

The Corporate Treasury Operations Manager leads the bank’s corporate treasury operations function, overseeing liquidity management, funding activities, settlements, and treasury controls. The position partners with Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Audit, Risk and Technology teams to drive efficiency, automation and strong governance across treasury processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in finance or accounting.
10 years’ experience working in Banking Treasury Operations or Accounting is required.
Strong project management skills
Knowledge of securities, collateral, borrowings, cash management
Strong Accounting background
Good documentation skills

Nice To Haves

Experience working with audit is preferred.
Insurance experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Monitor daily liquidity.
Manage collateral pledging strategy.
Optimize correspondent accounts and cash management.
Execute FHLB borrowing.
Review and approve Treasury related wire transfers.
Assist with automation of Safekeeping Reconciliations.
Partner with Treasury personnel to maintain operational procedure documentation.
Oversee BOLI items.
Oversee CFP Testing.
Oversee Insurance items, payment, data needs for renewals.
Assist with department vendor management and associated requirements.
Review all accounting reconciliations for Corporate Treasury.
Reconciliation of all Reciprocal deposits and GLs.
Review Treasury GL entries.
Securities reconciliation for impairment review, pricing validation, and private placement securities.
Perform Treasury journal entries as needed.
Point person for all Treasury audit requests.
Oversee Treasury related operational and accounting impact from M&A.
Assist with ALCO and Pricing Committee Reporting.
Assist with ALM, FTP and Stress Test modeling as needed.
Back up for all investment portfolio duties and other items as needed.
