Come work with a team of professionals dedicated to excellence at Coffman Engineers. We are seeking a Corrosion Control Engineering Intern for the summer months of 2026.
Requirements
- Enrolled as a full-time student in an engineering program (any discipline) or technical school at a nationally recognized, accredited college or a teacher with minimum 2 years experience.
- Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets Coffman’s stringent requirements
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability to travel, perform field work, and work overtime
- This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
- No paid interview travel or relocation expenses are offered for this position.
Nice To Haves
- Previous construction, corrosion or oil and gas industrial experience is a plus
- ANSEP students strongly encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Assisting with Cathodic Protection Surveys for various structures (pipelines, docks, etc.) and preparing reports.
- Performing Close Interval Surveys, data analysis and preparing reports.
- Providing miscellaneous documentation and field support for corrosion control surveys.
