The Cost Accounting Program Manager is a pivotal member of the accounting department, responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of cost accounting functions within the organization. This role is designed specifically to manage and control costs associated with material and supplies inventory, as well as fuel inventory, including coal, gas, and fuel oil. The Cost Accounting Manager ensures the accuracy of inventory records, establishes and maintains effective accounting practices, and provides actionable insights to support business operations and strategic decision-making.
