As the Brand Marketing Manager of Community, this position will be responsible for strategy for all Costa communities, including Fishing, Surfing, Diving, Sailing, etc. You are Costa's face of authenticity to all of our internal and external partners. This position works closely with Sports Marketing, PR, Event Marketing and Media teams to make sure 'Community' is first in everything we do, and that in their specific efforts to drive Costa's strong presence in local communities throughout the marketplace. This position is also responsible for creating and maintaining relationships in all aspects of our current and future communities while equally focused on helping us explore new extensions for the Brand to truly 'own the water.' This role must provide leadership through meaningful industry relationships and partnerships. You will be responsible for leading all brand and community activations while interacting with the Social Media, Product, Account Marketing, Ecomm, PR, and sales teams on the front line.
