About The Position
Responsible for supervising and assisting Career Counselors in providing personal and career counseling services to the students we serve Responsible for managing the caseload of an assigned group of young people ages 16-24, in a primarily residential setting Responsible for ensuring career counselors behave in a professional, ethical manner at all times and provide sounds advice in regards to conflict and personal issues of the students Must maintain professional integrity with difficult clients and always consider the best interest of the clients Must provide training and resources for advancement of career counselors
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in psychology or sociology; or a bachelors degree in another field with at least 15 credit hours of study in counseling courses required
Nice To Haves
- Masters degree preferred
