Columbia Community Mental Health is a nonprofit agency and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic that provides services to individuals with mental, addiction and developmental disabilities. Crisis receiving and stabilization services offer the community a no-wrong-door access to mental health and substance use care. Our Crisis receiving Center (CRC) provides a safe, dry, warm space where people experiencing a mental crisis can stay for observation for up to 23 hours. The vision of the CRC is to change the way the community sees, treats, and supports those in mental health crisis. Position: Counselor I (Crisis Receiving Center) Department: Integrated Community Support Specialties Shift: Friday - Monday, 6:00pm - 5:00am (overnight shift) Salary Range: $28.13 to $36.37(hourly). There are 15 steps on our salary scale. We use a bona fide factor system to determine starting wage (years of experience, education, credentials, and specialty skills that relate to the job requirements). For this position, shift differential pay is included in base pay and is included in the calculation of overtime pay for those staff that work a schedule that regularly includes night shifts.
