Our Bethel Park location is searching for a Counter Sales Associate that is friendly, outgoing, and excels in customer service. Counter Sales Associates provide superior service to customers at the Famous Supply branch while maintaining a neat and organized warehouse. We specialize in plumbing and HVAC. Knowledge in these fields is preferred to keep our customer service efficient.

Requirements

• Customer service mindset
• Ability to use computer
• Ability to stand on feet for majority of an 8-hour day
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• HVAC and/or Plumbing knowledge
• Forklift experience
• RF Scanner Experience
• Warehouse Experience

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service
• Understand customer needs
• Provide the products and solutions to meet customer needs
• Process and schedule customer orders
• Manage Open Orders and customer Bids
• Pull orders from the warehouse to serve customers
• Keep counter area clean and organized
