Requirements

• Skilled listener and effective communicator; customer service experience a plus
• Maintain proper uniform standards.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8 to 10 hours, lift up to 55 lbs., and work in confined spaces.
• Understanding of food service health and safety rules.
• Ability to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones for customer service and orders
• Handling food orders for delivery service, pick-up/to-go orders
• Knowledge of all Baker’s Crust Artisan Kitchen's food and beverage menus.
• Be ready and willing to assist fellow team members and management as needed, including food prep, seating customers, and running food to tables
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
