This is a professional entry level position that will report directly to the Counterintelligence & Investigations Insider Threat Senior Manager. As a CI&I Team member, you will learn about Raytheon’s offensive and defensive solutions to help the U.S. government, our allies and partners defend their national sovereignty and ensure their security. You will learn how CI&I’s proactive CI initiatives and InT program advance Raytheon’s security culture, program execution excellence, and operational productivity, as well as foster our customer’s confidence and Raytheon’s competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
  • Active and transferable U.S. Government issued Secret clearance is required prior to start date.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Experience with Microsoft Products

Nice To Haves

  • B.A./B.S. in fields such as Criminal Justice Administration, International Security, Information Systems, International Relations, National Security, Cybersecurity, Business Management/Administration, or Economics
  • Experience in CI, SAP, LE, Internal Affairs Investigations, and/or Intelligence
  • Experience in open-source research, intelligence collection/operations, and report writing.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze actionable intelligence to proactively identify threats and vulnerabilities, ensuring the security of Raytheon employees, facilities, and programs.
  • Collaborate with internal organizations such as GSS, Global Trade (GT), GEC, and Legal, and as directed with outside agencies to assess active threats of terrorism, crime, social unrest, protests, and espionage.
  • Assist with CI assessments of Raytheon sites and surrounding areas to develop detailed reports identifying associated risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Prepare, update and support internal and external InT related briefings, reports, and reviews.
  • Analyze suspicious e-mails to develop and submit Suspicious Contact Reports.
  • Examine InT leads and data inputs to identify trends, emerging threats, and collaborative investigative opportunities.
  • Support an awareness campaign around hiring events, university programs, trade shows, and conferences.
