Requirements

6 months to 1 year of related construction or installation experience preferred
Ability to read and understand basic instructions and job documentation
Comfortable performing basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Ability to measure and write in fraction format accurately
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
Problem-solving skills in standardized work environments
Professional communication skills when interacting with customers
Valid Driver’s License (required)
DOT Medical Certification (required for approved company drivers)
Ability to safely operate a company-owned box truck

Nice To Haves

Experience in cabinetry, countertops, carpentry, fabrication, or similar trades is a plus

Responsibilities

Safely load and unload countertops, backsplashes, and installation materials daily
Assist the Lead Install Technician with countertop installation in accordance with Classic Rock standards
Operate fabrication and basic construction tools (including accurate tape measurement)
Complete daily pre-trip vehicle inspections and required documentation
Report vehicle maintenance needs through internal maintenance forms
Maintain DOT medical certification status (if approved as a driver)
Communicate installation concerns to the assigned Partner Support Specialist
Build positive relationships with customers while on-site, representing our service-driven culture
Leave every job site in better condition than when you arrived
