About The Position

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-service-oriented Courier/Supply Coordinator with a clean driving record to join our team. The ideal candidate is adaptable, professional, and takes pride in representing the laboratory with clients and internal teams alike. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Must provide own vehicle, we do reimburse for mileage
• Punctuality and ability to follow detailed instructions
• Ability to drive in inclement weather

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timely and efficient transportation of medical specimens and supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and employees.
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
• Document operations and complete necessary reports.
• Order supplies from vendors
• Fill supply orders for clients
• Maintain inventory
