About The Position

We’re looking for a Fulfillment Specialist to join our Brooklyn office and support the day-to-day flow of documents going to and from the courts. This is an entry-level, full-time, on-site role that’s perfect for someone who enjoys organized, hands-on work and wants to build experience in an office or legal-adjacent environment. This position is primarily paper-based and focused on printing, organizing, tracking, and preparing documents. You’ll work independently most of the day while also coordinating with internal team members. No legal experience required — we provide training.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to produce high-volume results and meet daily goals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate with peers
  • Ability to work independently and manage own schedule
  • Openness to learning new things and responding positively to feedback
  • Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a related field (office administration, paralegal) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review and print documents for court
  • Review and process documents returning from courts and servers
  • Store and pull warrants to go to court
  • Filing, scanning and organize paperwork
  • Process incoming mail
  • Resolve issues with filings
  • Perform other job-related duties and administrative tasks as assigned
