About The Position

The CPEP Operations Manager assumes first-line leadership to manage and supervise the daily operations. Partner with Hospital Leadership and the Director to provide high quality, efficient care to patients. Responsible for providing operational support to the Director of Nursing for outpatient quality initiatives, incident review, serios adverse event management and performance improvement processes. Support in directing and facilitating short- and long-term planning, program and project development and implementation. The CPEP Operations Manager participates in assessing the environment, forecasting trends, developing and implementing policies, initiating programs and systems, and managing resources. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Five or more years in behavioral health
  • Minimum three years’ experience leading teams or managing direct reports, with a demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and motivate employees
  • All roles require on-site presence (variable by role). Therefore, all employees should live within a commutable distance to NYP.
  • NYP will not reimburse for travel expenses.
