About The Position

Lead With Purpose as a Community Support Team Supervisor for Youth Services Bring your leadership skills and clinical expertise to a team making a real difference in the lives of children and families. As the Community Support Team Supervisor (Youth), (Internal title: CPRC Supervisor Youth) you’ll guide a passionate group of Community Support Specialists and Family Support Providers who deliver high-quality behavioral health services to children with serious emotional disorders. Your work will help ensure care is coordinated, strengths-focused, and responsive to each family's unique needs. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a human service-related field required
  • If no relevant Master’s degree is obtained, Must be a Qualified Addiction Professional (QAP) as defined in 9 CSR 10-7.140 (2) (RR) or Must have a Bachelor’s degree, plus three (3) years of experience providing community support services to individuals with mental illness or substance use disorders in accordance with the community support key service functions. Experience must be with the same population they will serve as a supervisor.
  • A valid driver's license and agency-established minimum automobile coverage required

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision to youth-focused community support staff, including regular individual supervision and weekly team meetings
  • Oversee assessment, service planning, and delivery to ensure care is family-centered, culturally responsive, and goal-oriented
  • Guide development of individualized wellness and safety plans
  • Support new staff onboarding and ongoing clinical skill development
  • Monitor service delivery and documentation to ensure quality and compliance
  • Coordinate with families, schools, and external providers to ensure seamless care
  • Lead crisis planning efforts and ensure timely intervention when needed
  • Driving is an essential function of the position
