What You'll Do Sub-assemble wooden skids and frames for final assembly Nail and/or staple wood products, laminates, and/or coverings for cases Move wooden material from storage areas and to production lines using either gas or electric-powered forklifts or hand-pulled material handling equipment Unload incoming trucks of all crate-making lumber and supplies Cut wood for and construct crates for UPS/parts order shipments Other duties as assigned Position is on 2nd Shift (Monday - Friday, 2PM - 10PM), but training on 1st Shift (Monday - Friday, 6AM - 2PM) will be required for a period of time What You'll Bring High School Diploma Must be forklift certified for this position (will provide on the job) Ability to be cross trained in other areas Work closely with the Shipping Department for daily crate-making needs Physical Requirements Ability to use hand-held vibrating and pneumatic tools (e.g.: air nail gun) Solo lift up to 49 pounds regularly Team lift 50-100 pounds frequently Team lift more than 100 pounds occasionally Ability to stand for extended periods of time Wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) while performing tasks Equal Opportunity Employer. Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Must be forklift certified for this position (will provide on the job)

  • Solo lift up to 49 pounds regularly
  • Team lift 50-100 pounds frequently

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) while performing tasks
