Senior Star is seeking a Creative Strategist to help shape and elevate how our brand is expressed through digital storytelling, video, and visual marketing assets across the organization. Working closely with the Director of Marketing and alongside the Content Coordinator, this role strengthens the Senior Star brand through thoughtful creative strategy, engaging storytelling, and performance-informed content development. The Creative Strategist leads short- and long-form video development and organic social media strategy, contributes to marketing collateral, and helps translate the culture of Senior Star into meaningful stories that resonate with residents, families, associates, and referral partners. This role will also explore the responsible use of emerging tools, including AI-assisted creative and workflow technologies, to enhance storytelling efficiency and support innovation across marketing initiatives.
