The Creative Communications Coordinator shapes how the UCO College of Business presents itself to external audiences through authentic, creative, and intentional communications. This role is responsible for the College’s voice across social media, digital platforms, press releases, newsletters, and event-related communications—ensuring that everything shared reflects pride in the College, alignment with its values, and a strong sense of identity. While this position does not manage direct relationships with external audiences, it plays a key role in shaping the College’s public presence through storytelling, visual content, and creative communications. The coordinator serves as a culture carrier for the College of Business, bringing creativity, authenticity, and a “bleed bronze and blue” mindset to everything produced and shared. This role also supports the College’s strategic approach to events by helping leadership prioritize initiatives that foster meaningful engagement and maximize impact, while serving as the communications lead for select high-priority events.
