About The Position

Enterprise Mobility’s Global Headquarters is seeking a driven and passionate intern to join our Summer 2026 Internship Program. You’ll work in our Marketing Department where you will learn about how the Creative Team supports marketing initiatives across multiple channels for both B2B and B2C lines of business. As part of the Creative Team, you’ll gain hands-on experience developing and executing creative assets, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and contributing to campaigns that drive brand awareness and business growth. This 12-week internship will begin on May 18, 2026, and will conclude on August 7, 2026. The internship program is located on-site at our Global Headquarters at 500 Corporate Park Drive, Clayton, MO. You must be available to work a 40-hour work week for the entire 12 weeks, working in the office Monday through Friday. This role pays $20/hour. Program Highlights: Comprehensive Training: Interns will begin with an onboarding experience that introduces them to our creative ways of working, including our digital asset management (DAM) platform, project management tools, and department workflows. This training provides a strong foundation to help interns feel confident, supported, and set up for success throughout the summer. Real Experience: Interns will collaborate with members of the Creative team as well as cross-functional partners. Through hands-on exposure to real projects and team meetings, they’ll gain a clear understanding of how creative supports Enterprise Mobility’s broader marketing initiatives. Mentorship & Feedback: Each intern receives guidance, support, and regular feedback to foster growth and development throughout the program. Professional Development: Interns are expected to demonstrate professionalism in all interactions and maintain a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality. Time management skills are essential, as interns will be responsible for meeting deadlines and balancing multiple assignments. Requirements

  • Must be a rising college senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester in an applicable Bachelor’s degree program set to graduate between December 2026 – June 2027
  • Must be pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts in Graphic Design, Art + Design, or a related field
  • Must be a resident of greater St. Louis, Missouri or be attending a St. Louis based university
  • Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week from May 18th - August 7th 2026
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Responsibilities

  • Enhance your production design skills Develop hands‑on experience in layout, versioning, templating, and preparing files for print and digital channels, while learning best practices in brand consistency and creative production workflows.
  • Support impactful internal and external meetings Create polished visual materials—including presentation decks, print‑ready assets, and digital collateral—that help teams clearly communicate ideas, highlight business value, and support strategic decision‑making.
  • Build and share meaningful creative reports Assist in organizing and formatting creative performance summaries, project recaps, and production schedules that help leadership and project owners understand timelines, workloads, and creative outcomes.
  • Craft professional communications Support the creation of clear, visually consistent communications such as email templates, project briefs, agendas, and recap documents that help streamline collaboration across departments.
  • Contribute to high‑visibility creative initiatives Take ownership of small to medium‑scale design projects—from concept refinement to production delivery—that support business priorities, strengthen brand experiences, and improve the effectiveness of internal communications.
  • Gain exposure to senior leaders Present project contributions, design rationale, and creative recommendations to leadership, giving you valuable experience in articulating design decisions and collaborating with decision‑makers.
