Applicants beyond fifty (50) miles may still be considered.Job Summary The Creative Designer III is primarily responsible for producing print, online, web, and video materials for the graphics team. The Creative Designer III will take ownership over producing complete graphic art and visual materials for online, print, video and interactive marketing, communications and informative/instructional materials. More specifically, the Creative Designer III must be able to design internal and external marketing collateral such as brochures, website visuals, internal videos, interactive presentations, flyers, direct mail campaigns, agent/employee conference campaigns, etc. The Creative Designer III will also support frontend development for HTML, CSS and Javascript to develop web banners, email advertisements, landing pages and other customer creative. The Creative Designer III will coordinate directly with the Graphic Services team to advise other departments within Enterprise Comm unications on design options. The Creative Designer III must be able to listen to the needs of the client and provide strategic design advice. The Creative Designer III will then be responsible for scoping all aspects of the design process in a way that meets the client's needs and budget.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5 years of work experience in a related field with roles of increasing responsibility also required.
  • Knowledge of production processes for digital and print formats. Ability to prepare press-ready files and design assets.
  • Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field. 2+years of professional design experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative range, conceptual thinking, and polished execution.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Strong knowledge of printing process and cost, photography, illustration, layout and typography.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Designs and produces art and copy layouts for material to be presented by visual communications media, such as internal communications announcements, brochures, marketing material, presentations, signage, environmental graphics, media displays, electronic media, web assets, and program packaging with brand consistency while adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
  • Design of landing pages and digital campaigns.
  • Creates original artwork, photography, illustrations or infographics to integrate into design that reflect brand’s personality for print and web use.
  • Collaborates with art directors, communications directors and key business stakeholders to achieve and execute design solution.
  • Press checks-diagnose pre and post press printing issues.
  • Thoroughly documents projects and workflow; can serve supporting role or lead role to graphic team-based projects
