Your Impact The Creative Designer for Lowe’s Media Network supports the development of high-quality, performance-driven creative across one of the fastest-growing retail media platforms. This role partners closely with the Senior Creative Manager, Senior Designers, Copywriters, and Producers to design impactful layouts that support vendor storytelling and product promotion across the Lowe’s Media Network ecosystem. The Creative Designer delivers work that aligns with Lowe’s brand standards while flexing across media formats and vendor needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 2 Years of design and production experience
  • Experience in Adobe CS, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce creative across Lowe’s Media Network channels, including digital, social, and email.
  • Translate creative briefs and vendor objectives into effective visual solutions in partnership with the Senior Creative Manager.
  • Apply Lowe’s brand standards, seasonal style guides, and channel-specific best practices consistently across all creative executions.
  • Collaborate with Copywriters, Senior Designers, and Producers to ensure creative intent is maintained through final delivery.
  • Manage a full workload of tactical and production design requests in a fast-paced, evolving media network environment.
  • Present design work to Senior Creative Manager and Senior Creative Director for creative review and approval.
  • Stay current on retail media trends, channel formats, and design standards to ensure creative remains relevant and effective.
  • Use Workfront to manage workload and priorities, and ProofHQ to route work for review and approvals when required.
