The Creative Director will pitch and lead culturally resonant, multichannel branded content campaigns for My Code's top advertisers. This role is embedded within My Code’s in-house content studio and reports to the Head of Branded Content. You’ll lead the creative strategy and execution of custom content platforms from pitch through execution, ensuring that every collaboration we do is bold, relevant, and deeply connected to the audiences we serve. Happily, you won’t do it alone. You’ll work closely with a talented team of creative, sales, marketing, and production colleagues to ensure we create excellent work, do right by multicultural consumers, and drive business for My Code. The ideal candidate has expertise in directing social-first, video-based storytelling that will engage today’s consumer and deliver real impact for our advertising partners. Prior expertise in multicultural media or marketing is a plus. This role will follow a hybrid schedule requiring onsite work 2–3 days per week in the New York office.
