About The Position

We’re looking for a Creative Lead to own and elevate Pestie’s content and creative strategy across paid and organic channels. This role sits at the intersection of brand, performance, and culture and is equal parts strategist, creator, and on-camera talent. You have a proven track record of creating high-performing UGC-style content, understand what drives results across different platforms, and have a sharp instinct for trends before they peak. You are energized by experimentation, comfortable being the face of a brand, and excited to help build national awareness for Pestie through creative that breaks through. This is a highly visible role with real ownership, influence, and room to build. This is an on-site position at our headquarters in Bluffdale, UT.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience creating content for paid social, organic social, or DTC brands
  • A strong portfolio of UGC-style content that has driven measurable results
  • Deep understanding of what performs across platforms and why
  • Comfort and confidence being on camera
  • A creative marketing mindset that can generate ideas and execute them
  • Strong instincts for trends, culture, and internet-native storytelling
  • High energy, ownership mentality, and a bias toward action
  • Ability to think strategically while moving fast and testing often

Nice To Haves

  • Experience scaling creative in a high-growth startup or DTC brand
  • Familiarity with paid media performance metrics and creative testing frameworks
  • Background in comedy, acting, storytelling, or hosting
  • Experience collaborating with creators or managing UGC pipelines

Responsibilities

  • Lead Pestie’s creative and content strategy across paid ads, organic social, and brand campaigns
  • Concept, script, and appear on camera in UGC-style content for platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels
  • Develop creative that clearly differentiates between direct response versus brand and paid versus organic
  • Stay ahead of trends, formats, hooks, and cultural moments and translate them into Pestie-native content
  • Collaborate closely with paid media, growth, and creative production teams to iterate and scale what works
  • Guide creative direction for ads, including messaging frameworks, angles, hooks, and formats
  • Analyze performance data to inform creative decisions and improve results over time
  • Help shape Pestie’s on-camera voice, tone, and personality as the brand grows nationally
  • Mentor and collaborate with internal creators, producers, and freelancers as the team scales
  • Push for bold ideas while balancing speed, performance, and brand integrity
