About The Position

Summary Responsible for assisting management with Palmetto GBA and some Celerian Group organizational projects. Focus on meeting project commitments, including communication with stakeholders and senior leadership. Support management in the administration of projects that involve business development, branding, strategic planning, performance monitoring, corporate planning and employee recognition. Identify issues and offer solutions, participate in developing timelines and project task lists, production, fulfillment, implementation and project close out. Strategically manage the creative design for Palmetto GBA as well as Celerian Group. Ensure visual communications standards, brand rules and corporate style are met across various media. Description Logistics: Palmetto GBA - one of BlueCross BlueShield's South Carolina subsidiary companies. This position is full time (40 hours/week) Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30 EST at the 17 Technology Circle Columbia, SC 29203 location. What You Will Do: This position involves managing and organizing large volumes of data across multiple reports and resources. You will work extensively with Excel and Word to compile, track, and maintain organizational documents. Your key responsibilities include: Data Management & Reporting: Handle large amounts of data that flows into multiple reports. You'll work with the same data sets that must be organized and reported in three different ways for weekly and monthly reports. This requires strong organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Project Support: Participate in planning and implementation of strategic projects, including coordinating special initiatives. Work with business partners, colleagues, and internal/external customers to identify needs and develop quality solutions. Content Development: Support project concepts including annual reports, website and intranet design, leadership meetings, associate communications, and training materials. Documentation & Compliance: Participate in compilation, organization, and maintenance of organizational documents including Palmetto GBA's past performance data, corporate experience, performance metrics, enterprise and divisional strategic plans, leadership presentations, and operating statistics. Additional Responsibilities: Contribute to quarterly newsletters, strategic planning reporting, community engagement initiatives, employee engagement projects, and volunteer communications support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any job-related field (any major acceptable)
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience working with data management, reporting, or similar analytical work
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and Word
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently on specialized, company-specific projects
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy with complex data sets
