Creative Operations Project Coordinator, GreenRow
About The Position
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast growing brand and participate on both the operational and creative sides of the business. Based in San Francisco, this position is responsible for managing the projects under GreenRow’s VP. These responsibilities will include the development of key project milestones and driving the coordination of activities between merchants, collaboration partners, and photo teams. Additionally, the position will build supplier/vendor relationships with the focus to improve the development process, anticipate problems and eliminate ensure all projects/photoshoots have all the elements needed to be successful.

- Design or styling background

Responsibilities
- Manage the timing and delivery of multiple projects
- Develop, communicate and drive the key project milestones for photoshoots, design projects, and collaborations
- Organize shot lists, photoshoots, and set/location needs
- Assist Creative Director with special projects & events
- Manage budgets and timelines for above projects
- Work closely with merchant and digital teams to understand and align on calendar and timing
- Support store visual needs
- Assist with development of creative resources and partnerships
