About The Position

As a Creative Project Manager at Litehouse Foods, you'll play a key role in bringing our brands to life-from product packaging and label updates to retailer product pages. You'll partner across Marketing, Legal, and Creative teams to ensure every asset is delivered on time, on brand, and ready for market. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where your ability to organize, communicate, and execute will directly impact how our products show up on shelves and online. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of project management experience in a creative, marketing, or agency environment within CPG
  • Strong experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with digital asset management systems and creative workflows

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing packaging, labeling, or CPG-related creative projects preferred
  • Familiarity with AI tools or PMP certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage creative intake and assign projects based on priorities and team capacity
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver packaging, labeling, and digital content projects
  • Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication
  • Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables to keep projects on schedule and within scope
  • Oversee creative workflows, systems, and process improvements
  • Manage external vendors including print, production, and freelance partners
  • Monitor work in progress, provide regular updates, and report on project status
  • Support digital asset management and creative documentation
  • Lead project closeouts, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Track project costs and support budget management
  • Support onboarding and training for internal teams and partners
