Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of project management experience, ideally within creative services, marketing, or agency environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Lytho, Monday.com, Jira) and familiarity with creative workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and adapt quickly to shifting demands.
  • Experience building or refining processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and keep teams motivated through tight deadlines.
  • Passion for creative work and enthusiasm for contributing to the growth of a larger team.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between creative services and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage the intake, prioritization, and scheduling of all creative projects.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met on time.
  • Work closely with creative director and creative team members, along with cross-functional teams inside and outside of the Marketing department.
  • Coordinate resources across design, copywriting, video, and other creative disciplines.
  • Facilitate clear communication between creative teams and business partners.
  • Track project progress, flag risks, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
  • Ensure quality standards are upheld across all creative outputs.
  • Implement and refine project management processes to support scalability.
  • Provide regular status updates and reporting to leadership.
  • Contribute to building a strong, collaborative team culture that supports growth and innovation.
