Penn Mutual is looking for a Creative Services Intern focused in multimedia. This is an 11-week summer internship, fully remote, and paid. You will gain valuable experience in the planning, production, and execution of multimedia marketing projects for Penn Mutual and select entities – and have the following opportunities: Real world application of multimedia and design principles Participation in team and department processes, meetings, and communications Advanced training in multiple technical platforms Mentoring program Opportunities to develop formal and informal presentation skills Participation in full company internship events including information sessions and networking Responsibilities: Performs digital design, motion graphics and video editing at appropriate levels Maintains organized files – including proper team server protocols, categorizes digital assets, and project notes and communications Integrates into collaborative team process, including the sharing of thoughts and opinions on design and multimedia solutions Active team member accountable for working towards shared goals and objectives Skills: Proven understanding of basic design theories – including color, layout and composition, and typography Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Studio, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere are required An understanding of Adobe Audition and audio in conjunction with multimedia production is preferred Strong communicator in both written and verbal context Ability to plan and prioritize work towards the achievement of personal and corporate objectives Ability to make a positive contribution as demonstrated by learning new skills and making suggestions for process/procedure improvement Ability to work with others in a collaborative team environment For over 175 years, Penn Mutual has empowered individuals, families and businesses on the journey to achieve their financial goals.
