The Creative Strategist will be in charge of launching large volumes of ads and obsessing over performance. You’ll work side-by-side with designers and video editors — ideating, improving, and pushing out new concepts weekly. You’ll live inside dashboards. You’ll dissect why an ad works (or doesn’t). You’ll obsess over hooks, headlines, and ideas that convert. This role blends creativity and analysis. You’re tech-savvy, comfortable with spreadsheets, and unafraid to learn new tools or AI workflows. You can manage dozens of ads in motion without losing track of what matters: results.
