Define and execute the design strategy for Fractal’s new AI Agentic SaaS product, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product roadmap.
Lead UX/UI research to deliver intuitive, accessible, and world-class product experiences for enterprise CPG users.
Champion a user-centric culture across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success teams.
Develop and enforce design principles, style guides, and design systems that create consistency and scalability across product features.
Partner with Product and Strategy teams to translate requirements into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Drive usability testing, feedback sessions, and continuous iteration to ensure customer satisfaction and adoption.
Collaborate with Marketing and Product Marketing to ensure product visuals and messaging are cohesive and compelling.
Mentor and lead design talent (internal or contracted), building a culture of creativity and design excellence.
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA) and enterprise usability expectations.

10+ years of experience in design leadership, product design, or UX/UI research, with at least 5 years in SaaS or enterprise platforms.
Hands-on expertise in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision) and prototyping workflows.
Strong portfolio showcasing enterprise SaaS product design and UX research outcomes.
Deep knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and usability testing methods.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
Self-starter with a can-do attitude and passion for designing products that delight users and drive adoption.
