Wintrust is a $66 billion financial institution based in Rosemont, Illinois, and listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol “WTFC.” What You’ll Do : Review and accurately input information from TPP reports, Business metrics reports, compensation reports and tax returns and provide analysis on leverage, cash flow, liquidity and coverage ratios Prepare credit memos Work with lenders in recommending approval, denial or credit structure terms Collaborate with relationship managers and portfolio managers Present loan request to committee or senior management Attend and travel to events – 10% travel may be required Participate in all forms of marketing and developing new business Assist in monitoring existing portfolio performance and covenant compliance Understand and help in identifying early warning signs of performance and credit deterioration

Requirements

  • Expert in Excel (Pivots, Vlookup, IF statements, conditional formatting, etc.)
  • Data Analytics/Reporting

  • Strong work ethic
  • Bachelor’s degree minimum

Nice To Haves

  • Marketing, Finance, Economics or Business experience preferred
