About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Credit and Collections Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to maintain professionalism while handling firm discussions when necessary. You will be managing a current outstanding of about $10 million in aged receivables, with credit limit orders up to $250k that require your approval and release.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, focusing on credit and collection efforts.
  • Proficient understanding of the credit hold and release process.
  • Experience with Vlookups in Excel.
  • ERP experience, specifically with SAP.

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Background in accounting and finance.
  • Experience in making outbound and collection calls.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and collect on aged receivables totaling approximately $10 million.
  • Approve and release credit limit orders up to $250k.
  • Perform credit analysis and collections activities.
  • Handle outbound and collection calls to ensure timely payments.
  • Utilize ERP systems, specifically SAP, for invoicing and finance management.
  • Provide excellent customer service while managing accounts receivable.
