About The Position

Work Schedule: This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday – Friday. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This is a hybrid position. We are seeking a Credit Balance Resolution Representative : Use research and payment reconciliation skills to refund claim overpayments, resolve insurance refund requests, and to apply undistributed or misdirected payments. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent Required
1 year of experience in an insurance, finance, medical office, or customer service-related field Required

Nice To Haves

Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, Health Information Management, or another related field Preferred
Revenue Cycle (healthcare business, financial, or insurance) experience Preferred
Epic experience Preferred
Knowledge of medical c and insurance terminology, CPT, ICD coding structures, and billing forms (UB, 1500) Preferred
