The Credit Portfolio Manager I role covers Healthcare Practice borrowers with total lending exposure ranging from $1 million to $12 million. The Healthcare Practice Solutions Group is a specialized division that delivers tailored financing solutions to healthcare professionals across six defined NAICS codes, including dentists, veterinarians, physicians, optometrists, psychiatrists, and podiatrists. This position is part of a team of analysts serving the full TD footprint. Underwriters evaluate credit facilities primarily supported by Healthcare Practice Value and a borrower’s demonstrated capacity for cash flow generation and global debt repayment. Responsibilities include comprehensive underwriting of both new and existing client relationships, along with limited portfolio management activities such as financial covenant monitoring and completion of annual credit reviews.
