About the position

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Credit Product Portfolio Director to lead a high-performing team of 7-9 Portfolio Specialists within our Channel Finance organization. This role is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of 70+ partner accounts with a combined value exceeding $500 million, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving performance across multiple partner segments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead functional area team by making strategic decisions to resolve highly complex issues to meet higher risk deliverables.
  • Interpret and develop range of policies and procedures for functions with moderate to higher complexity and risk product or service.
  • Review and analyze highly complex or strategic client portfolios for key issues related to cash flow, liquidity, leverage, working capital, debt coverage, collateral/enterprise value analysis, and repayment sources.
  • Develop product education and strategies within the context of individual deals and client relationships.
  • Manage multiple products, specialties, or teams of individuals and provide leadership for highly complex or strategic modifications, renewals, and refinancings.
  • Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior leadership to lead the strategy and resolution of complex scenarios.
  • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership.
  • Partner with product management functional partners to provide vision, leadership and industry expertise on client and market needs.
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives.
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of secured or specialized lending relationship management or portfolio management or leadership experience.
  • 4+ years of management or leadership experience.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong ABL experience.
  • Market Coverage Experience.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, partner feedback, and internal data to inform decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
