About The Position
NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking a Crematory Operator to join our team at Graceland/Fairlawn Funeral Home, Decatur, IL. It's our employee's sacred duty to honor the dignity of the deceased. Requirements
- Required licensure to operate a crematory at the location
- Understanding of OSHA and EPA guidelines
Responsibilities
- Ensure facilities and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and in safe working order
- Maintain identification integrity throughout the process by following policies and procedures
- Manage crematory records including service and maintenance records
- Work with various departments to accomplish tasks efficiently and accurately
