Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the moving industry
• At least 1 year of experience leading a moving crew
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Deep knowledge of proper moving techniques and equipment
• Ability to manage a team and maintain a professional job site
• Reliable and punctual

Nice To Haves

• CDL license preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Leading a crew on residential and commercial moves
• Directing team members on proper packing, wrapping, and loading techniques
• Ensuring furniture and household goods are protected and transported safely
• Communicating clearly with customers throughout the move
• Managing the pace and workflow of the job
• Maintaining organization and safety on the truck and job site
• Reporting job details and updates to dispatch and operations
