About The Position
We’re hiring a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to join our Oregon Maintenance Division, supporting our Westside team. This role is hands‑on and leadership‑focused. If you are someone who enjoys leading a crew, working outdoors, and delivering high‑quality commercial landscape maintenance this might be the role for you.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial landscape maintenance experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs+ frequently and perform physically demanding outdoor work
- Dependable, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience leading or supervising a crew preferred
- Strong working knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and equipment
Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside a landscape maintenance crew on commercial properties
- Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance including mowing, edging, pruning, clean‑ups, and irrigation checks
- Train crew members on proper techniques, safety, and equipment use
- Safely operate and transport company vehicles, trailers, and equipment
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, account managers, and clients as needed
- Complete daily paperwork including timecards and work orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
