POSITION SUMMARY Under direct supervision, serves as a primary support and case manager to provide screening, assessment, and assist in linking services needed by members served and their family to overcome the crisis which brought them into the program. The Windsor Center is a short-stay crisis stabilization unit (CSU) that offers 24/7 services to adults and youth. The Windsor Center aims to increase access to crisis services, reduce inpatient hospitalization, reduce the amount of time that law enforcement is involved in a mental health crisis, and strengthen the existing outpatient behavioral health services. Shifts Available: On Call - Shifts may be 7 AM - 3:30 PM, 3 - 11:30 PM, or 11 PM - 7:30 AM. Expected starting wage range is $21-25.15/hourly. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. Shift differentials for hourly staff are 6% for PM Shift and 10% for Overnight Shift. Weekend Shift differentials for hourly staff are 5% for Weekend AM Shift, 11% for Weekend PM Shift, and 15% for Weekend Overnight Shift.
