Crisis Mobile Team Clinical Lead Community Bridges, Inc. (CB I) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. Job Summary The Crisis Mobile Team Administrative On Call (AOC) is responsible for the clinical oversight and supervision of the Crisis Mobile Teams (CMT) in the State of Arizona during high acuity mental health emergencies. This position is responsible for ensuring safe, ethical and legally compliant crisis response services to individuals in the community within alignment of state and agency guidelines, accreditation and standards. The Crisis Mobile Team AOC services as the highest-level of clinical authority during assigned shifts and assume responsibility for complex case consultation, risk management, staff coaching, and coordination of care across multidisciplinary community systems. Crisis Mobile Team AOC duties will include, but not limited to, guiding CMT staff during active interventions and risk assessments, monitoring of program efficacy, oversight and in the moment supervision of CMT staff, implementing services and programming for best practice of care to members, and ensuring CMT staff are supported in clinical direction for the members. The Crisis Mobile Team AOC will provide essential functions to the team regarding clinical accuracy for level of care recommendations while maintaining integrity to best practice recommendations and national guidelines for the crisis system of care. The Crisis Mobile Team AOC will coordinate with the Director of Regional Clinical Operations and Arizona Program Managers for ongoing supervision and oversight needs of CMT staff, coordinate with community partners, business leaders, stake holders and other agency programming to promote CBI’s values and mission. The Crisis Mobile Team AOC provides an essential role in the delivery of CBI’s mission to Maintain the Dignity of Human Life.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in counseling or social work from an -accredited program required.
  • Two (2) years of post-master's degree, full-time equivalent, professional experience in a psychiatric setting required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of crisis intervention experience
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical supervision or leadership
  • Knowledge of state involuntary commitment statues
  • Strong understanding of trauma informed care approaches
  • Independently Licensed Professional with Arizona Board Of Behavioral Health Examiners as a Social worker, Counselor, Marriage and family therapist or Substance Abuse Counselor.
  • Current ID Driver’s License (valid and in good standing).
  • Clean 39-month Motor Vehicle Record.
  • ID Background Check Clearance.
