Olympic Health and Recovery Services (OHRS) is seeking a Crisis Clinician to join our Mason County Mobile Outreach Team. This is a position working in partnership with Mason County Sherriff's Office, serving the behavioral health needs of the most vulnerable populations within Mason County. This position provides a clinical perspective to the Crisis Services team by focusing on crisis intervention, risk assessment, and requests for information about available services and resources. This role performs community outreach in collaboration with Crisis Peer Specialists, and provides crisis intervention to reduce hospitalizations, and effectively link consumers with on-going mental support services. We are a quasi-governmental organization and a licensed behavioral health agency providing compassionate care to the most vulnerable populations in our community through crisis services, jail services, hospital diversion, and homeless and housing support services. We pride ourselves on bridging the gaps in services and operating as a safety net of behavioral health crisis and recovery support services in Thurston and Mason counties, as well as the Great Rivers region, including Lewis, Pacific, Wahkiakum, Grays Harbor, and Cowlitz counties. Salary Range: $27.72 - $36.45 per hour. DOE. This position is eligible for shift differential ($1/HR evenings, $3/HR weekends and nights). Schedule: Thursday - Saturday; 8AM – 9:20PM Initial applicant review date is 3/18/2026.
